747.10 INSPECTION OF RECORDS AND ARTICLES PURCHASED OR PLEDGED.

The book provided for in Section 747.06 shall, at all times, be open to the inspection of the Chief of Police, and to any of the policemen who may be designated by the Chief of Police to make such inspection, and all articles purchased by or pledged to any person carrying on the business of pawnbroker, shall, at all times, be open to like inspection.
