741.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this article, the words "nonintoxicating beer", "person", "retailer", "distributor", "brewer", and "original container", shall have the meaning as they now are, or as they or any of them may hereafter be, defined by the Statutes of West Virginia.
