723.03 LICENSE FEE.

The licensee fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00), except that the annual license fee for an agency or registry, other than a hospital, for the employment of nurses, practical nurses or undergraduate nurses shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
