The annual license fee to keep or maintain a bowling alley, a billiard, pool or bagatelle table, or table of like kind, for public use, where any charge is made for the use of the same, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00); but, if more than one of such alleys or tables are kept or maintained in the same building by the same person, the fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first one and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional one.
