Whoever violates any provision of this Part Seven - Business Regulation and Taxation Code or does or attempts to do, any act prohibited by this Code or aids or conspires with another to violate any provision of this Code or resorts to subterfuge for the purpose of evading any provision of this Code, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
