701.26 CARRYING OR DISPLAYING LICENSE; EXPIRATION OR REVOCATION.
   No person shall fail to carry on his person any license or permit issued under this Business Regulation and Taxation Code at all times when engaged in the activity or while exercising the privilege granted by such license or permit; provided, however, that where such activity is to be carried on, or such privilege is to be exercised, at a fixed place or location, the license or permit shall be displayed prominently in some conspicuous place at such location at all times. A licensee shall produce his license or permit when applying for a renewal thereof and when requested to do so by any public officer. No person shall use or display an expired, revoked or suspended license or permit, or a license or permit for which a duplicate has been issued.
