The granting of a license or permit to any person to carry on an activity or exercise a privilege which contains within itself, or is composed of, activities or privileges which are required by this Business Regulation and Taxation Code or other ordinances of the City to be licensed, shall not relieve the person to whom such license or permit is granted from the necessity of procuring separate licenses or permits for each activity or privilege except as may otherwise be provided in this Code or other ordinances of the City.
