701.02 LICENSING OFFICER TO ISSUE LICENSES, PERMITS.

The City Licensing Officer shall issue all licenses required by this Business Regulation and Taxation Code and, except where provided to the contrary, shall issue all permits required by this Code or other ordinances of the City.
