533.12 FLOOD EMERGENCY CONTROL; WATERCRAFT RESTRICTED.

No person shall operate a boat or watercraft with an outboard or inboard motor on the waters, waterways, lakes, rivers, tributaries, canals or connecting waters within the boundaries of the City during a declared flood emergency, provided however that this section does not apply to the Fire Department or other authorized personnel.
