533.08 UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OR USE OF FIRE APPARATUS.

No person shall remove or aid in removing any part of any emergency vehicle or fire apparatus, equipment or material of the Fire Department from the buildings containing the same, or from any emergency vehicle or fire apparatus containing the same, or use the same for any purpose whatsoever without the consent of the Chief of the Department or his duly authorized representative.
