Any minor violating the provisions of Section 525.04 shall be dealt with in accordance with the juvenile Court law and procedure. Any parent, guardian or other adult having the care and custody of a minor violating Section 525.04 shall, after having been previously notified under Section 525.04(f) be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense.
