The Trust Indenture by and between Roy Kendrick, as Trustor, and Roy Kendrick, Robert M. Morgan and Charles Sebastian as Trustees, dated as of November 1, 1973, creating the Wewoka Industrial Authority, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, wherein the City of Wewoka is declared to be the beneficiary of the Trust, be and the same is hereby approved and the City of Wewoka accepts the Trust as the beneficiary thereof.
