A. There will be a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for an individual who fails to obtain a City individual medical marijuana permit.
B. An individual in possession of a state issued medical marijuana license who possesses more than six (6) mature marijuana plants and six (6) seedling plants allowed by State Statue Title 63 Section 420 will be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00) per plant exceeding what state allows.
C. Possession of up to three (3) ounces of marijuana by persons who can state a medical condition, but not in possession of a state issued medical marijuana license, shall constitute a misdemeanor offense with a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
D. Individuals in violation of any or this entire chapter will be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence. (Ord. 511, 12-11-2018)
