12-1-6: FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT FEE SCHEDULE:

The city of Wewoka city council establishes the following fee schedule not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one service:

   A.   Notice of intent fee: Twenty five dollars ($25.00) maximum.

   B.   Floodplain development permit application review: One hundred dollars ($100.00).

   C.   Floodplain development permit fee: Twenty five dollars ($25.00).

   D.   Inspection fee - per inspection: Twenty five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 474, 5-12-2011)
