In all cases where the water supply or sewage disposal systems will be connected to lines or mains owned or operated by the city, construction as to said facilities shall be made according to the plans, specifications and requirements and subject to the inspection, supervision and approval of the city council, water and sewer department or the state health department. Approval of the plans for any such water or sewer system by the above shall satisfy the requirements of this title with respect to water and sewer facilities. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
