A. Connection With Public Supply: Where an approved public water supply is reasonably accessible, or procurable, the subdivider shall connect with such water supply and make it available for each lot within the subdivided area.
B. Construction Of Wells, Other Water Supply System: Pending the availability of a public water supply, the subdivider shall construct wells or a water supply system in such a manner that an adequate supply of potable water will be available to every lot within the subdivision.
C. Approval By State: The final plat shall not receive planning commission approval until it is certified by the health department that there has been compliance with the regulations of the Oklahoma state board of health and where indicated, meets other jurisdictional governing bodies' requirements.
