11-5-4: UNDERGROUND UTILITIES:

Electric and telephone lines shall be installed underground in the easements provided. After installation of such lines, "as installed" diagrams shall be furnished by the installer to the city, drawn to scale and indicating the location of the lines. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
