No vacation of a plat or any parts thereof, except by action of the district courts, shall be valid or impart notice until after the consent of all of the owners of such platted area is presented to the commission and the approval of the commission is entered thereon. All partial vacations or alterations of a final approved, filed plat shall require the approval of the commission and the filing of a corrected plat. Alteration of a plat as finally approved by the commission, without approval, shall constitute a violation of this title. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
