Before any plat shall be recorded or be of any validity, it shall have been reviewed by the planning commission and either approved or rejected and shall have been approved by the city council as having fulfilled the requirements of this title and the zoning ordinance of Wewoka. Said approval of the city council must be clearly affixed on all pages of said plat along with the date thereof. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
