10-4-9: LOT AREA AND WIDTH MODIFICATIONS:
   A.   Residential Districts: In the residential districts, a single- family detached dwelling may be erected on any lot of official record at the effective date hereof, irrespective of its area or width, provided the other requirements of the use district are complied with.
   B.   Districts Other Than Residential: In districts other than residential districts, any use permitted by right in the applicable district may be located on any lot of official record at the effective date hereof, irrespective of its area or width, provided the other requirements of the use district are complied with.
   C.   Lot Area And Width; Public Protection And Utility Facilities: The lot area and width requirements of the use districts shall not apply to the uses included within use unit 4, public protection and utility facilities; provided, that a minimum lot area of ten thousand (10,000) square feet and a minimum lot width of one hundred feet (100') shall apply to fire protection facilities.
