10-4-5: DIVISION OF LOTS:

An improved lot shall not hereafter be divided into two (2) or more lots, unless all improved lots resulting from such division conform to all the applicable bulk, area and off street parking regulations of the zoning district in which located. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
