A. For every fine or bond forfeiture collected by the Municipal Court, fees in the amounts as assessed by Oklahoma State Statute, thirty dollars ($30.00) will be allocated into three (3) $10.00-designated line items: 1) the Law Enforcement Officer's Training Fund, 2) Public Safety Equipment Fund, and 3) Police Maintenance Program Fund to include software programs and the automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS).
B. The Law Enforcement Officer's Training Fund, Public Safety Equipment Fund, Police Maintenance Program Funds for the purpose of providing among other things public safety technology to include, but not be limited to, computer software and the law enforcement television shall charge a fee of thirty five dollars ($35.00) which shall be assessed to the defendant as an additional court cost.
C. If in the arrest and apprehension of a defendant, tazer cartridges are expended in the arrest, the cost of the tazer cartridge shall be assessed as additional costs in addition to any other fine and costs authorized by law. (Ord. 499A, 5-9-2017)
