A. Penalty Imposed: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this title or failing to comply with any of its requirements, including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of variances or special exceptions, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and each day's violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
B. Remedial Action: Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city or its authorized officials from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy violations. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
