1-11-25: ASSESSMENT OF FINES AND COSTS:
   A.   Maximum Amount: If judgment of conviction is entered, the Clerk of the Court shall tax the costs to the defendant but the total amount of fine may not exceed the amount in section 1-4-1 of this title.
   B.   Court Costs: The Municipal Court shall tax and collect court costs of thirty dollars ($30.00) per case, plus the fees and mileage expenses paid to jurors and witnesses. Such amount shall be in addition to any fees payable to the State of Oklahoma as provided by law.
   C.   Deferred Sentence: Costs of the prosecution shall be taxed against the defendant when the sentence is deferred in the same amount as costs are taxed in all other cases.
   D.   Training Fund: The Court Clerk shall collect and pay, quarterly, to the Council on Law Enforcement, Education and Training Fund (CLEET) an amount as set by 20 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1313.2 and 1313.3 times the number of cases in which a fine is collected by the City for violations of Municipal offenses, excluding parking and standing violations, in the sum of twenty five dollars ($25.00) or more. The Court Clerk shall retain, as an administrative fee, the amounts so designated under the provisions of 20 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1313.2 and 1313.3, two percent (2%) of the above described fees.    E.   Administrative Fee: In addition to the sums set forth in this section, the defendant electing to pay fines and costs assessed against him in an installment plan approved by the court shall pay an administrative fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 508, 2-12-2018)
