A. Abrogation And Greater Restriction: Where this title imposes a greater restriction upon the use of structures or land or upon height or bulk of structures, or requires larger open spaces or yards than are imposed by other ordinances or regulations, the provisions of this title shall govern.
B. Severability: In case any portion of this title shall be invalid or unconstitutional, as declared by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this title shall not thereby be invalid, but shall remain in full force and effect.
C. Provisions Not Affected By Headings: Chapter, article, section, and subsection headings contained in this title shall not be deemed to govern, limit, modify, or in any other manner affect the scope, meaning, or intent of any provision of this title. (Ord., 3-8-1971)
