The city clerk shall charge and collect for each mobile home park an initial license or temporary permit fee of not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) as the initial fee and twelve dollars ($12.00) per year per space as an annual fee. The initial license or temporary permit shall expire one year from the date of issue, unless renewed upon such conditions as the city council may by resolution direct. (1983 Code § 12-507)
