9-3-22: LIGHTS IN OPENINGS:

All electric lights operated and maintained in bathrooms, closets, toilets, kitchens, open porches and all outdoor lights, basement lights, or any opening operated on the ground, shall be controlled and operated by a switch and all openings shall be of the keyless type. (1983 Code § 5-430)
