A. Special Rulings Authorized: The electrical inspector shall have the authority to make special rulings, when circumstances warrant, for the safeguarding of life and property and improvement of electrical installations.
B. Notice Of Unsafe Condition: Whenever any electrical wiring or equipment is found by the electrical inspector to be unsafe or defective, he shall notify the owner or person in control thereof to repair or remove the same.
C. Discontinuance Of Service For Noncompliance: Upon the owner's failure to comply within such time as the electrical inspector shall specify, the inspector shall cause service to be discontinued. (1983 Code § 5-410)
