9-3-8: TEMPORARY PERMITS; NOTICE OF DEFECTS:
   A.   Temporary Permit; Fee: When for good and sufficient reasons at the discretion of the city electrical inspector it appears necessary, and upon payment of applicant of a fee of ten dollars ($10.00), the electrical inspector may issue permits for connection to a temporary pole or unfinished or defective wiring for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) days; otherwise, no electric light or power company shall connect to any installation of any kind whatsoever until furnished with the certificate of inspection from the electrical inspector.
   B.   Remedial Action: The electric light or power companies shall, upon written notice from the electrical inspector, disconnect from any service designated by the notice from the city electrical inspector stating any defects or faults, until the defects or faults have been corrected.
