A. Definition: "Electric wiring" means the installation of electrical conductors or apparatus of any nature to be connected to light, heat or power service, except lines and regulation of electricity and remaining the property of the service company.
B. Permit Required: All persons, firms, partnerships or corporations who desire to install electric wiring or to make any alterations or changes in existing wiring in or on any buildings (except central stations, power houses and substations belonging to the electric service company operating under a franchise) shall first secure a permit from the city electrical inspector.
