There shall be paid to the city, for such registration, the following fees:
A. For registration as a master plumber or plumbing contractor, the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for one year, or any part thereof;
B. For registration as a journeyman plumber, the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for one year, or any part thereof; and
C. For registration as an apprentice plumber, the sum of three dollars ($3.00) per year. (1983 Code § 5-303)
