A. State License Prerequisite: No person, firm or corporation, for doing plumbing or house drainage or steam or gas fitting within the city, shall be allowed to conduct business in the city until he shall first have obtained a license so to do from the Oklahoma state health department as a journeyman, master plumber or plumbing contractor and receives his certificate of registration by the city.
B. City Certificate Of Registration:
1. No person, firm or corporation shall receive a city registration certificate unless he shall have, at the time, furnished the authorities of the city satisfactory evidence of his responsibility and skill to ply the trade.
2. No loan or transfer of a plumbing registration certificate shall be permitted nor shall any person, firm or corporation be allowed to work under a plumbing registration certificate held by another. (1983 Code § 5-302)
