A. Limits Established: A fire district for the incorporated city is hereby established, fixed and designated as follows: commencing at the corner of Brown Avenue, and Third Street, thence north along Brown Avenue to the Rock Island railroad track; thence west along Park Street to the first alley west of Mekusukey Avenue; thence south along the alley to Third Street; thence east on Third Street to the first alley east of Mekusukey Avenue; thence south along the alley to Fourth Street; thence east along Fourth Street to Muskogee Avenue; thence north along Muskogee Avenue to Third Street; thence east to place of beginning. B. Property Removed From Fire Zone: The property hereinafter described within the corporate boundaries of the city is hereby removed from the fire zone of the city and all restrictions and regulations applicable to property within this fire zone are hereby removed. The property being described as follows:
1. The East Half (E1/2) of Block 2, East Side Addition;
2. The East Half (E1/2) of Block 3, East Side Addition;
3. The East Half (E1/2) of Block 4, East Side Addition;
4. The East Half (E1/2) of Block 5, Court House Addition;
5. The East Half (E1/2) of Block 5, Keith's Extension to Court House; and
6. The East Half (E1/2) of Block 12, Keith's Extension to Court House. (1983 Code § 5-103)
