1-11-12: PAYMENT OF FINES FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS 1 :
Payment of a fine for violation of certain traffic regulatory ordinances of the city shall constitute a final determination of cause against the defendant. If a defendant who has elected to pay a fine under this section fails to do so, prosecution shall proceed under the provisions of this chapter. (1983 Code § 6-121; amd. 2005 Code)
