A. Operation Under State Permit: This section shall be in effect and effective in all respects as to any sanitary landfill operated at present by the city under state of Oklahoma health department permit #3567006. (1983 Code § 17-501)
B. Hours Of Operation; Fees:
1. Landfill operation shall be confined to the hours between nine thirty o'clock (9:30) A.M. and six thirty o'clock (6:30) P.M. daily.
2. The fee for use of the landfill shall be as set by the city administrator to allow for effective operation of the landfill. (1983 Code § 17-502)
C. Unauthorized Person Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person to enter upon the landfill for any purpose other than the dumping of trash, garbage or other material in the designated areas of dumping. No person shall enter the landfill with the purpose of removing trash, garbage or other material already dumped there. (1983 Code § 17-503)
D. Removal Of Material From Landfill: It is unlawful to remove for any purpose, any trash, garbage or other material from the landfill. (1983 Code § 17-504)
