A. Permission Required: It is unlawful for any person to turn the water on to any premises from the municipal water system, except by permission of the city administrator.
B. Plumbing Installations; Deposits And Charges Paid: Water shall not be turned on until the plumbing has been installed and is in operation as provided by ordinance and until any and all deposits and charges have been paid. The city administrator will see that the water is turned on when all requirements for service have been complied with. Licensed plumbers shall be permitted to turn water on and off.
C. Special Turn On Or Off Fee: For turning water on and off by city crews between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M., Monday through Friday and at any time Saturday or Sunday, a special fee shall be assessed as set by the city. (1983 Code § 17-205)
