It shall be unlawful for any person, regardless of age, to drink any alcoholic beverage or low point beer, or to have in his or her possession an opened container of such beverages, regardless of whether or not the same be the original container in which such beverage was purchased, while such person is upon any property owned or maintained by the city lying adjacent to the municipal lake known as Wewoka Lake or while in or upon any boat, raft, or other craft, or while swimming or wading in Wewoka Lake.
