This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Court not of record of the City, as put into operation by resolution 6101, adopted January, 1969, duly passed and filed in accordance with law as authorized by 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any ordinance of the City, the provisions of this chapter shall control. (1983 Code § 6-101; amd. 2005 Code)
