7-1-13: PLACING GLASS, TACKS OR NAILS ON STREETS:

It is unlawful and an offense for any person purposely or wantonly to place, throw or cause to be placed or thrown, in or upon any thoroughfare in the city any broken glass, tacks, nails, pieces of iron, wire, bottles, or other substances. (1983 Code § 14-210)
