A. Refuse Accumulations Prohibited: It is unlawful for any property owner, occupant or agent of any property that abuts or adjoins any street or avenue in the city to allow or permit any animal or vegetable substance, or any tin, glass or pieces of iron, or any trash, mud, snow, ice, dirt, slop, or refuse matter or filth of any kind or description whatsoever to accumulate or remain on any part of the sidewalk abutting or adjacent to the premises owned or occupied by such person. (1983 Code § 14-115)
B. Sweeping Trash: It is unlawful for any person to sweep out or deposit on any of the sidewalks or streets of the city any dirt or trash of any kind, or sweep from the sidewalks into the street any dirt or trash of any kind whatsoever. (1983 Code § 14-116)
