7-1-4: TREES; LOCATION AND PRUNING:
   A.   Location In Parking: Trees that are grown in the parking of the streets of the city shall be set out in the parking halfway between the sidewalk and the curb of the street. (1983 Code § 14-118)
   B.   Pruning:
      1.   Impeding Traffic Or Pedestrians: All persons or firms owning property, having trees growing in their yards or in the parking or in close proximity to the street or sidewalk in the city, shall prune or cause to be pruned all limbs which impede the traffic or view of traffic of the street, or the walking along the sidewalks in a normal manner. (1983 Code § 14-119)
      2.   Abatement By City; Assessment Of Costs: If any person or owner fails to prune the trees, the city may cause the same to be pruned and charge the owner thereof the necessary cost of pruning. (1983 Code § 14-120)
