6-3-9: RECKLESS DRIVING:

It is unlawful for any person to drive recklessly in the city. "Reckless driving" shall include any person who drives a motor vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property or at a heedless or dangerous rate of speed. (1983 Code § 15-209)
