1-9-3: EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM:
There is hereby adopted by reference, as though set forth herein in its entirety, an employee retirement system for the city. A copy of said retirement system, and amending ordinances, shall be on file and available for inspection in the office of the city clerk. (2005 Code)
