Any and all persons and property owners, lessee's or persons in possession of property adjacent to or abutting upon any intersection within the City shall remove any vehicle, sign or obstruction situated within thirty five feet (35') from the centerline of any street which is adjacent to or forms a part of an intersection in the City.
