The provisions of 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 1-101 et seq., and 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 11-101 et seq., of the Oklahoma Highway Safety Code, and the provisions of 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 761, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are hereby made enforceable as a violation of this City Code when occurring within the City limits as fully as if all provisions thereof were set out at length herein.
