A. No farm equipment shall be placed or stored within the City limits of the City of Wewoka.
B. Farm equipment in subsection A of this section shall include tractors, balers, brush hogs, plows, disks, rakes, planters, hay bale trailers, including any farm equipment hauling a trailer not exceeding twenty four feet (24') in length.
C. No round or square bales of hay may be stored within the City of Wewoka unless they are being used for holiday decorative purposes and must be removed within thirty (30) days after the holiday.
D. The areas defined as RS-1, RS-2 and RM are subject to the restrictions set forth above. (Ord. 502, 7-11-2017)
