A. No pool shall be placed in the front yard of a residence and when installed the pool shall not be over twelve inches (12") high and seventy two inches (72") wide.
B. Any pool that is larger than twelve inches (12") high and seventy two inches (72") wide can only be installed in the back yard of the residence.
C. All pools larger than twelve inches (12") high and seventy two inches (72") wide must be enclosed in a fenced area with a minimum height of forty eight inches (48") with a gate that is locked and self-closing. The lock must be at least six inches (6") down from the top of the gate and located on the inside of the gate.
D. All pools must be clean and in good working order at all times. (Ord. 500/501, 7-11-2017)
