5-5D-6: NUDITY, IMPROPER DRESS, INDECENT EXPOSURE:
It is unlawful for any person to:
   A.   Appear in any public place in the city in a state of nudity;
   B.   Appear in any public place in the city in any offensive, indecent or lewd dress; or
   C.   Make an indecent public exposure of his or her person. (1983 Code § 10-409)
