A. Regular Meetings: The city council shall hold a regular meeting at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. on every second Tuesday of every month. If such a Tuesday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at that time on the following day which is not a holiday. (1983 Code § 2-202)
B. Conducting Meetings:
1. Every meeting of the council shall be held in the council chamber in the city hall unless, in case of an emergency, the mayor or the council member calling a special meeting designate another place in the city for the holding of the special meeting.
2. The mayor or any three (3) council members may call a special meeting, upon serving of notice as required by current state law.
3. Any adjourned meeting may be held at any other place designated by the council. (1983 Code § 2-203; amd. 2005 Code)
C. Open Meetings: Meetings of the city council shall be open to the public, pursuant to 25 Oklahoma Statutes section 301 et seq. (2005 Code)
