A. Composition: The city council shall consist of six (6) members, five (5) from wards and one council member at large, who shall be the mayor.
B. Staggered Terms:
1. The terms of the elected officers shall be staggered so that at any one general municipal election, the following officers shall be elected for three (3) year terms:
Council members from wards one, two, three and the mayor (council member at large).
2. At the next general municipal election, the following officer shall be elected for a three (3) year term:
Council member from ward four.
3. At the next general municipal election, the following officer shall be elected for a three (3) year term:
